G-FIX RESIN SYSTEM FOR AGGREGATE BINDING.
Suitable for laying over concrete and macadam bases that are dry, clean and dust free. A primer/sealer coat on concrete is strongly recommended.
Our Gfix gold and UV stable resin kits will generally bond approx 75kgs of aggregate giving a typical coverage of approx 3m² at 15mm deep or 2.5m² at 18mm depth.
Our G-fix epoxy 3kg kit will typically bond 50kgs of aggregate coverage approx 2m² at 15mm or 1.6m² at 18mm.

Scattercoat system is primarily a resin spread at approx 2mm depth then small dry aggregate is scattered liberaly over the wet resin, allowed to cure then excess is brushed up. See kit sizes discription for coverage.

Probably the trades most popular, G-fix Gold is a flexible two part solvent free polyurethane resin, used to bond aggregates,
producing a decorative porous hard wearing attractive surface on driveways, roads, footpaths,
cycleways, balconies, roof terraces, playgrounds, pool surrounds etc.

G-fix Gold is the preferred system in cooler application temperatures, can be applied at 5ºC, accelerator is available to speed up cure during lower working temeratures.

This resin will darken over time, not recommended for white or very light coloured aggregates.


 

G-fix UV is a flexible two part solvent free UV stable polyurethane resin, suitable for binding white and very light coloured aggregates where no colour change is preferred,
producing a decorative porous hard wearing attractive surface on driveways, roads, footpaths, cycleways, balconies, roof terraces, playgrounds, pool surrounds etc.

G-fix UV can be applied in cooler application temperatures 5ºC, accelerator is available to speed up cure during cooler working conditions.

An MDI based polyurethane prepolymer for use as a rubber crumb binder. It has a relatively low viscosity
and its fast cure speed is ideal for play areas.
This product has been formulated as a flexible moisture curing binder for in situ recycled rubber crumb
shock pads and EPDM play surface top coats, which are laid by hand.
