Prices and Payment

All prices and payments are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are indicated in the prices quoted, however are subject to change where oulying areas are concerned. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfil your full/partial order.  We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order.

Delivery

We only deliver within the mainland UK. Northern Ireland, Irish republic. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Generally we are unable to export goods outside the UK, however we are able to supply on an ex-works basis if you arrange your own carrier to collect direct from our UK works.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for the UK are calculated on goods weight & indicated in the shop, if any surcharges are applicable we will contact you before dispatch.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch. Any products ordered by mistake and reurned un-opened at your expense will be subject to a 15% handling fee. All special non stock orders cannot be returned or refunded. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel by email, fax, telephone or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of return goods. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

After-Sales Services

We will offer advice and guidance on all our products to the best of our ability, but due to cicumstances beyond our control cannot be held resonsible for any losses however they may occur.
