Vinamold per kg

Vinamold rubber slabs are heated to 170ºC and then poured over your plug, setting as it cools. A double skin pan, or similar principle, is needed to avoid overheating the Vinamold during melting. Air bubbles appear on the rubber surface if there is moisture in the plug. This can be avoided by sealing the plug with polyurethane varnish before taking a mould.

Three grades of Vinamold are available: Natural (softest), White (medium), Yellow (durable) They can be can be mixed to vary the flexibility.

Moulds that are no longer needed can be cut up, melted and re-used.
